Who we are

NCF Solutions Inc. ("NCF", "we") is the personal information controller for this website. Our office is at Unit 803, 8/F South Center Tower, 2206 Market Street, Madrigal Business Park, Ayala Alabang, Muntinlupa City, Metro Manila 1780, Philippines. You can reach us at contact@ncfsolutionsinc.com.

What we collect

When you use the contact form

• Your name and email address (required).
• Your company and phone number, if you give them.
• Your message, the topic you chose, and how you heard about us.

When you visit any page

• Server logs kept by our hosting provider: IP address, browser, the page requested and the time. These are used to run and protect the site.
• Once we enable it, cookieless page-view analytics: which pages are visited and roughly from where, without cookies and without identifying you.

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not ask for sensitive personal information.

Why we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and continue the conversation you started.
• To keep the website working, secure and free of spam.

We do not sell your information or use it for marketing lists.

Legal basis

For the contact form, your consent, which you give by ticking the box before sending. For server logs and spam protection, our legitimate interest in running a secure website. [needs review: confirm the basis for server logs]

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for as long as we are talking with you, and then for [needs review: proposed 12 months] after our last contact, unless you become a client and a contract says otherwise. Hosting logs are kept by the provider for its standard period.

Who processes it for us

• Cloudflare, Inc. hosts this website and processes server logs and, once enabled, cookieless analytics.
• Resend delivers the emails the contact form sends to our inbox.

Your rights

Under the Data Privacy Act you have the right to:

• be informed about how your information is processed;
• access the information we hold about you;
• have inaccurate information corrected;
• object to processing, or withdraw your consent;
